Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in ICICTA 2026, jointly organized by JECRC Foundation, Jaipur, India and Philippine Women’s University, Manila, Philippines. Academic governance, peer-review decisions, and publication processes are fully managed by the organizing institutions and the designated editorial and technical committees. Administrative coordination, logistics, and operational support for the conference are provided by VoyaKriti Foundation (a unit of Mapple Associates), Jaipur, India. VoyaKriti Foundation serves solely as the administrative and conference management partner and does not exercise authority over academic or publication decisions.

Registration & Participation

• All registrations, payments, and purchases related to conference participation and documentation are governed by these Terms & Conditions.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, speakers, or program structure due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any event postponement or cancellation will be communicated through the official conference website.
• Participants must follow a professional code of conduct.
• Breach of conduct may lead to immediate removal from the event.

Code of Conduct

• Professional and ethical behavior is mandatory.
• Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation will not be tolerated.
• Incidents must be reported to organizers.
• Violations may result in removal without refund.

Media & Data Usage

• Photographs, videos, and recordings may be captured for official use.
• Participants must inform organizers if they do not wish to appear.
• Unauthorized use of conference media is prohibited.
• Personal data will be kept confidential.

Publication & Review Policy

• Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
• All papers undergo independent peer review.
• Reviewer identities remain confidential.
• Publication timelines may vary.

Visa & Travel Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for visa arrangements.
• Invitation letters are issued only after full payment.
• Visa rejection does not qualify for refund.

Liability & Indemnity

• Participants are responsible for personal belongings.
• Organizers are not liable for loss or damage.
• Speaker views are their own.

Compliance with Laws & Jurisdiction

• Participants must follow local laws.
• Jurisdiction lies in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
• The conference is strictly academic.

Amendments & Modifications

• Organizers may amend Terms & Conditions without notice.
• Invalid provisions do not affect remaining clauses.
