Note: The conference will be conducted in Hybrid mode on May 15–16, 2026. The event will be held in Physical Mode on May 15, 2026, at JECRC Foundation, Jaipur, India and in Digital Mode on May 16, 2026. The conference is non-residential, and delegates are requested to make their own accommodation arrangements. For any queries, please feel free to write to us at info@icicta.in. All participants and authors must adhere to the Terms & Conditions as per the organization’s guidelines.

Payment Policy

All registrations must be accompanied by payment of the applicable fees in INR. Please note that no registration will be considered confirmed until the payment is successfully received. Indian participants may make payments using UPI ID or by scanning the QR Code, while international participants are requested to use Credit Card for fee payment. Currently, only Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and all card payments must be completed online through the official payment form.
For security reasons, credit card details will not be accepted via email. For each paper registration, at least one corresponding author must complete the registration. Any additional co-authors who wish to attend the conference are required to register separately under the Participant Registration Category. Certificates of Participation will be issued only to registered authors/participants. Unregistered co-authors will not receive certificates; however, their names will still be included in the publication as co-author(s). The standard paper length is limited to 10 pages. If this limit is exceeded, an additional charge of INR 2,000 per extra page will be applicable.

Privacy Policy

Photography and Video recording may be carried out during the conference. By participating in the event, you grant your consent for your image, likeness, and voice to be captured and used for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes without any financial compensation.
The registered address for all official communication and legal matters is VoyaKriti Foundation, Jaipur, Rajasthan (India). All legal, financial, and administrative matters shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of Jaipur. By attending the conference/meeting, you provide full and irrevocable permission to the conference secretariat to use your photographs and video recordings for publicity and promotional purposes. You also agree to waive any future claims, demands, or legal actions against the conference or its organizing body related to the use of such material.

Publication Policy

The conference does not provide any assurance or guarantee regarding publication of papers with any specific publisher or indexing agency. All submitted papers are subject to the quality standards, review policies, and final approval of the respective publishers and indexing bodies. The conference also does not guarantee indexing in any database. Indexing services operate independently and reserve the right to determine which papers meet their inclusion criteria.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of registration or failure to attend the conference, the registration fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances. All rights related to refund and cancellation are reserved exclusively with the Conference Convenor.
