Papers exceeding the permissible similarity threshold will be excluded from further review.
Three-Tier Review Process: First Round: Submissions will be initially evaluated for technical relevance, thematic alignment, and overall suitability within the conference scope. Second Round: Each paper will undergo a double-blind peer review by at least three independent experts. The evaluation will be based on criteria including originality, novelty, clarity, completeness, relevance, significance, and research contribution. Final Round: In the third and final stage, the Technical Program Committee will examine all reviewer comments and recommendations. The final acceptance decision will be made by the Technical Program Chairs, considering review outcomes, plagiarism results, and thematic relevance. Selected and accepted papers will be considered for the publication in the Springer CCIS Series (subject to approval). CCIS volumes are indexed in Scopus.
